Custom Functionality for Asterinic Callcenter Stats
An add-on to Asternic Callcenter Stats that gives ability to manage call queues and agents. It has a agent interface for real-time statistics related to the calls received and various statistics that an agent may be interested in.
The extra features where created for a client that wanted a easy way to track and manage his small callcenter and didn’t want to work complex callcenter applications or pbx configurations.
